Another Level (not the boy-band silly… it’s Idealogy’s new space)

So a couple of months back we told you that we were about to embark on creating a new Level here at Idealogy Towers. Now it’s not to describe our office as a shanty-town house, where a new corrugated iron floor is added to accommodate an ever-expanding family – but it is to say that the top floor here that up until recently had all kinds of junk in it, is now home to our great new breakout area.

As you can see from the images, we’ve created an environment that allows us do a number of things. We can eat our sarnies in front of Top Gear, we can hold client meetings with web access that don’t need to be too formal, we can stick striking designs or inspiring images on our creative ‘cool wall’, we can play old computer games, we can all relax and share the latest creative conundrums and we can all throw Shelley’s fluffy seat muffs (careful!) at each other to aid the process.

Generally then, we can make the most of being together. You see whilst we’re a close-knit bunch, the 3 floors and seventy three thousand stairs in between do add a degree of separation, and whilst our Chief Exec is getting on a bit we’re still not due our Stannah stair lift for a year or two yet. So it’s lovely now that we can all share one space, appreciate what we’re all doing and remember that with all the best will, talent and energy in the world, we ain’t going far unless we’re all pointing in the same direction.

Upwards then, one and all… Oh wait, that’s the roof.
